Creating centres of excellence for trainees and early career teachers to ensure a strong pipeline of talent and to share best practice in all our schools to promote first-class teaching and behaviour.
• Maximising the financial benefits that come from working in partnership to continue to make improvements to our school environments and provision.
• Optimising marketing and promotion opportunities to keep our numbers on roll as close to capacity as possible.
